would be catastrophic for football , technically speaking someone with billions to spend , could buy any club from premiership level to conference , buy up all the talent like man city are doing and buy their way to the title , i would ban  this kind of spending in football and get football back to the days of when clough took a struggling forrest team to the title and won the european cup , robson taking unfashionable ipswich to european glory , fergie doing wonders at aberdeen as did jim maclean at dundee utd all these great managers did this with very little money ,the football might not have been as skilled back then but boy was it far more interesting
