Ok its not a film but just a tv series, Big Deal. It was an excellent London based gambling series in the 80s featuring Ray Brooks, Series 1 is available to buy on Amazon but series 2 is apparently never coming out. If anyone has series 2 and can get me a copy of it, I would really appreciate it, mick1977_2000 at yahoo.com
