woah Smithy - where do you think you have been going wrong ? nothing any good pre match ?
|
|
By:
well played pistachio and coach.
. i think probably looking for to big wins for the stakes i'm using on match odds trades and probably been slightly unlucky too. the pre match trades are no good in euros as under 2.5 is already to short in every game and i can't predict which teams will be backed in or drift around kickoff unfortunately. |
|
By:
Smithy ,i will say that odds are very ,very long for outside scores ,odds like i haven't seen in a long time .
most games expected to be 1-0 ,1-1 etc i got caught out a couple of times best of luck |

Coach I've mainly been trading match odds in play, I did ok on the England game but lost on the Ukraine game.
Unlucky Smithy fair play for knowing when to knock it on the head. I look forward to reading your thread on general betting RE pre off football prices. Personally if I'm still down from trading the Euros by Saturday (when the format changes to 2 evening games at the same time) I'm not going to trade the rest of the tourney and will watch the games in peace. Pistachio yeah 2010 world cup was great for me won around £6000. Investor how are you getting on? (hopefully too busy counting your winnings to post!) |

Smithy ,i will say that odds are very ,very long for outside scores ,odds like i haven't seen in a long time . This is where the majority of value has been so far in the Euros. I laid unquoted at 44's in the Ukraine game and managed to trade out as high as 110s, 2-1 and unquoted was 17s so was a very crazy market. Anybody getting on overs after 20 minutes has been made very wealthy so far. |
|
By:
South - do you think there's something different for you in these games - not enough change arounds (goals) ?
Also ,i have found it tough going price wise, the markets seem to be priced up more or less as i would price them ...very difficult to judge ,normally i find them slightly out of kilter |
|
By:
loaded- yes ,certainly value all the same
|
|
By:
yes coach thats right i know any unquoted score in russia game was around 25 on here
. over 1.5 is massive in every game like in england game i was torn between backing over 1.5 in play after around 15-20 mins at odds against or laying the draw at 2.8 which i thought was to short. both with a view to trade. i opted to lay the draw and england scored draw went to 3.7 and i should of greened out but i was holding out until half time and nasri strikes . then it was pretty evident game was heading for 1-1 but i just let it run as i've been hedging to recoup losses in most matches since friday.southcoast nice one hope you turn it round i'm sure you will. i will be back next year to get on the end of some crazy price swings and probs get bookies accounts shut through arbs . |

southcoast i remember u mentioning that u trade only english and italian league, did u give up on spanish and other countries leagues in a similar ways to euros, after finding out u cant win on them?

Coach
I'm not too sure I've just been making some poor in play trades. Henok I mainly stopped trading the Spanish games due to them being evening games on the weekend I try and stop trading by 6pm on Sat & Sun. I know there are afternoon Spanish weekend games but would always prefer to trade an English game. I haven't really looked at any other leagues apart from prem, la liga or serie a mainly due to liquidity. |
