Leeds/Grimsby - Time of First Goal Bet

Had 41-50 minutes on Betfair. First goal was 39, second was 45. However, the 1st goal was an oggy. Does it still count? Some bookies say o.g's don't count. Not been paid, so it looks like bad news. Probably have to go boot the cat up the arse.
