You also achieved the impossible: I was shaking like a shítting dog as I watched football's version of Rorke's Drift unfold before my eyes, but your post about us tapping it round the West Ham penalty area, trying to score the perfect goal, made me laugh :)

had a brill win on tennis, had one or two crackers on football but so many where i risked 500 for a huge win, a lot of them were close to coming in...conceivably could have been a +6k day which would have been insane and well deserved

lyon vs marseille typical...started off with marseille dnb...when it got to 4-4 layed the draw...then tried to re-lay lyon at 1.1 for 4k...SUSPENDED

ended up 300 red on that :_|

On a smaller scale, titan, there was a weekend a few months ago when I bet £400 on several football and rugby league matches, and ended up picking up £420.

Is it worth all that stress for £20?!

no! feels like i've lost a fair bit today...to be honest in the sevilla match i got so fed up...i backed over 3.5 goals for a largeish stake and backed over 4.5 goals which would have won me 3k

considering the weekend i've had (picks have been trading low odds then getting gubbed) i decided 'ok, what the hell, i'll reverse and back under 4.5 goals at 2.7...'

within 30 seconds of getting matched, there was a goal, and instead of winning 6k, i lost 400. that's the one which p1ssed the hell out of me, cos that is serious money :|

as it turns out, i'm down about 300 for the day. i'll just work out how much i've turned over :(

on football, i ended -1.5k down after being 3.5k up at 4pm... :_|

i bet on 30 markets in football...11 winners and 19 losers (dont really mind about low SR with backing high odds)

I started off with a win on djoko then only went in on lyon marseille game and would of been over a grand up if marseille didnt score in the last minute, life goes on mate tomorrows a bright day

anyone who was on that lyon 5-5 game will now be in the cardiac unit i should imagine

lowering stakes? yes, all the time

but i play high risk and know i'll go on huge losing streaks

fwiw i had a losing streak today of 12 footy bets in a row, costing near enough 3k

looking back, too many of them were on sh1t leagues...eg portugal

same boat titan, though my boats a bit smaller. started the day with 499 in the bank, dont ask, and now have 637 after getting me up to 963, and then down again to 220. Inter would have landed me another £500, but last couple of bets i had for the night were high risk, low reward ones just to get my bank up.

had 300 on rio vs sporting in the 80th min on under 4.5 (score was 2-2) for a £120 return, then done the same for th botafogo vs coritiba game but under 2.5 (2-0 score).

Think for next weekend im gonna set my targets money wise, pick a few games on the saturday, and only use say 50% of my bank. If I havent reached my target by saturday evening before going out, then i'll play on sunday until i get my target.

not to be greedy is the key!!! I think im going to aim for £250 a weekend from a £600 bank. Not a hard target, i've done 4x that before in a weekend with a smaller bank, but problem is I gamble that money away instead of banking it coz i get greedy
