Any thoughts on this?

I expect Charlton to win this comfortably.

Charlton to win both halves @ 2.64 looks good to me.

Northwich will be without skipper Simon Grand and Mark Danks, who both miss the tie because of suspension.

The pair both picked up their fifth cautions of the season last week.

On-loan Charlton keeper Carl Ikeme was refused permission to play by parent club Wolves, so Darren Randolph makes his first appearance of the season.

Another loanee, Reading striker Dave Mooney, is also ineligible while**McKenzie and Frazer Richardson are ruled out with thigh injuries.

Charlton enter the FA Cup at the first round stage for the first time since 1980 this afternoon - and Phil Parkinson has pitched a string side into battle at Northwich Victoria.

The Valley boss has made just two changes from last weekend's League One defeat at Carlisle with keeper Darren Randolph between the posts for the first time since January.

With Rob Elliot injured and Carl Ikeme ineligible, the Irishman takes custody of the gloves and it's a big afternoon for Jack Binks as the second-year scholar provides the goalkeeping back-up on the bench.

The only other change from the Brunton Park defeat is the return to the fold of teenage midfielder Jonjo Shelvey. He comes in for Deon Burton and will operate just behind Izale McLeod.

The television cameras are at the Victoria Stadium for the David versus Goliath clash against the Blue Square North Vics.

Parkinson and co are keen to make sure there is no upset in Cheshire and will be hoping to continue a record of never losing a senior match to a non-league side.

With that in mind it's a strong side that represents the pride of South East London.

Randolph, who played two FA Cup matches for the Addicks against Norwich City earlier this year, is between the posts, and the backline remains the same as that at Brunton Park.

Elliot Omozusi continues at right-back with Christian Dailly and Sam Sodje central, and Kelly Youga on the left.

Shelvey's inclusion means Parkinson will field his favoured 4-4-1-1 formation with Shelvey operating in the hole behind Izale McLeod.

Lloyd Sam has recovered from flu to edge out former Vics man Scott Wagstaff for the right-wing spot. Skipper Nicky Bailey will start on the opposite flank with Therry Racon and Jose Semedo in central midfield.

Binks who caught the eye during Charlton U18s' FA Youth Cup win against Gillingham at The Valley in midweek, takes his place in reserve.

Wagstaff, who played five games for the Vics in month-long loan stint at the end of last year, is also on the bench. He is joined by Grant Basey, Miguel Llera, Matt Spring, Burton.**McKenzie, back from injury, is back on the bench.

A tough ask for the hosts is much tougher with the news that they are without their leading scorer Mark Danks and skipper Simon Grand.

Both are suspended so Andy Preece will be looking to stalwart centre-forward Johnny Allen and wingers John Newby and Lee Elam will supply the attacking thrust.

Former Manchester City youngster Michael Connor is also a player to look out for.

======================

Northwich: Aspden; Aspin, Brown, M Bailey, Kerr; Elam, Herring, D'Laryea, Connor, Newby; Allen.

Subs: Spencer, Winter, Vaughan, Edwards, Cadwallader, Richards, Riley.

======================

Charlton: Randolph; Omozusi, Youga, Dailly, Sodje; Sam, Semedo, Racon, Shelvey, Bailey; McLeod.

Subs: Binks, Basey, Llera, Spring, Wagstaff, Burton, McKenzie.

I am going with McLeod and Bailey either for 1st goal...

Over 2.5

Over 3.5

Although I admit I think this will be a tight game , once the game gets into the later stages , I think fitness will tell...
