Doubling up 10 times??

Starting from £10

10 doubles would get you over 10k

Now, surely if you back 3 top teams playing pish poor teams in an acca to equal 2.0 on odds it could be done.

Ive got to week 7 but then one team let me down with a draw.

Anyone ever gone the whole way?

Had a successful run of 56 lay bets. Thought I'd cracked it then the inevitable happened and got f**ked with laying two 33/1 shots. Ouch!

I once got to 6 betting on a combination of baseball, football and tennis. Had over £800 after 5 bets from a £20 starting stake. Withdrew half the money, won the next bet to go back to £800+, then lost the next bet when Federer lost to Tsonga in the tennis in Montreal.

Thats what im saying Veck, you can add a couple of lays in too on the acca. as long as the acca was odds of evens.

Flatliner - 12 times, jesus, you must be minted.

The best way would be to take a little out each time so if one goes wrong you have only slipped back a bit and not lost it all.

if you were good at finding value and could back 1.5 shots at evens you would still only manage this once in every 58 attempts, so good luck.

I would say I stopped at £409600 cos that how much it would have been but I,m only joking, doubling up is very hard, wouldn,t try it, just think 2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2 those are the odds.....

Small and often wins for me, don,t chase after a bit win.
By:

Best thing to do would be to start with £10 and double up for 12 weeks but take 20% after each successful bet..

Over in general betting Vulpecula is on his tenth bet today, although he broke the bank half-way through to keep £500. All bets at odds of 2 or more too! The thread is called £25 to £10,000.

Take all emotion out of the bets - treat bet 1 like you would treat bet 10. Best way to do that is by phoning through and getting the bet placed and just say put the bank on this this and this in an acca. Do phonebet do accas? or just singles?

The probability of this happening is very remote, however everything is possible mathematically.

M.J.W - I too would be truely peeved.... however, if youre withdrawing say 20% each time along the way, you would have had a good run.
