i was thinking re this game [that i always thought they'd win aftertiming i know :) but i was on ht/ft :) ]couldn't make out whether arsenal got better after the own goals or did the wolves players drop a bit.

I still think Arsenal lack discipline.

They lost that goal there because they were fannying about in the middle of the park, ending up conceding a corner, and again lacked concentration defending it.

Ramsey fantastic skill but caught dallying on the ball a lot, as were others, too much arrogance in their play, not clinical enough either, they won't get given own goals every week.

Great to watch though :-)

can't remember a win over chelsea or man utd for years (excluding the league victories such as those at sb and the emirates last season)

Can't beleive people slating Gallas, of course he would walk into a Chelsea side; the partnership at the back of Terry and Gallas had one of the best defensive records ever in the league in terms of not giving up goals; even with Cech sub-par this would be a powerful combination. Nobody got 'rid' of Gallas, he left because he didn't like the way he thought he was being treated and didn't want to play the position Mourinho had for him, simples.

fabregas is playing better this season. true potential coming through i think. maturing quickly. also appears to hate the press which is a bonus.

the point that observors of arsenal want to make rather than fans of arsenal is that once u get goals up on a team yes u batter them and no doubt are probably the best team in europe (along with barca at this) however when u fall behind in a match against a good side who start to get physical and control the tempo of the game thats when u always falter

used to when we were title contenders but now they are open footballing occasions.

Yes but last year we beat all the top teams and lost to the smaller teams, so it shows this year we are winning the 'easy' games. We played 2 of the toughest away games united and city away, and we were unlucky in both those games.

Whether Arsenal players would get into Chelseas team don really matter,its the way they play that counts,and no team plays the game better than Arsenal.

I would agree with that.I have layed Arsenal for the title and slightly worried at the moment.
My only comfort is that they tend to have a dip after Xmas.If not I am fooked.

Arsenal will cling on for 4th, I suspect. Just need to improve quickly.

As much as I dislike them,on their day they are a joy to watch.
