Haye has to go for it first 2/3 rounds,only chance he has,after that Valuev like all his fights holds him off with his long reach, leans on him, which will tire him beyond belief and Valuev will either take him down in rounds 10,11 or 12 or it goes to points and Valuev is clear winner.

People are thinking because Haye had one good last round (fresh in the mind last round) that is all that matters.
