I know these odds are worked out to the nth degree but Sunderland 7.2?
Tottenham lost last two league games including at home against Stoke and are now playing a team in eigth to their fifth, plus Darren**has a wee point to prove to Sandra Redknapp. Scored zilch in the process.
I can have Tottenham as odds on favs but not Sun as this price. Needless to say I'm on Sunlun.

The problem for Sunderland is what are they going to be like when Spurs have the ball......Sunderland won't have a solitary midfielder who can win a tackle, they are all offensive minded.
I'm a Spurs fan and there is no way any side should be 7.2 against us right now, let alone one with a decent forward line.

The problem for Spurs is what are Spurs gonna be like when Spurs have the ball.

isn't this a good time to play sunderland though ? no skipper, no cattermole, no jones. have they got the strength in depth to cope with those misses ?
sorry, can only see one outcome here, spurs victory. cana and cattermole are massive miss in middle of midfield . admittedly though we are a large price and good luck , hope you win.
Ernesto spot on win or lose the prices are wrong,I'm in m8 good luck.
They might not the strength as they would with Cattermole and Jomnes (don't know enough about Cana) but this is a team who lost their last two against a team three places below them. I'd make Tottenham maybe odds on but not Sunlun 7.2

ernesto, cana has been tremendous for us so far this season. talismanic in fact.
my instinct is they will play a 5 man midfield with**up fron on own. midfield will be reid,malbranque, richardson ,henderson and campbell wide on right. richardson will be in middle, not a patch on cana though. bruce was alluding to a 5 man midfield after brum defeat and jones suspension has forced his hand .
be a fairly neutral welcome for**tomorrow i would imagine. didn't get much of a chance in his first season and he did alright last year. just not suited to the way we want to play. he's a decent enough goalscorer but offers little in general play. just happy to get most of our money back for him.
anyone backing Sunderland to win is a loon, should be 33/1
