I mean if a player gets blackjack or 21 then he can still be beat by the dealer(odds are low about 1.04) dealer can get a 5HC. So in other words whats the odds for the dealer to win with a 5HC?

The odds are roughly comparable to a 28" waist, or a caravan tyre.
