After running 15% profit so far for the tournament, I look to improve my numbers on day 4 of the French.

Also is an aside on backing to lay in the 'to win the tournament' market.

So, my day 1 analysis of the French suggests a few games well worth looking at - with no further ado, why not check it out and see if my logic makes sense:

(to summarise - go Gulbis @ 1.6, Fognini @ 1.76)

Thanks very much,

Roland Garros: The Girls.

21 May 11 15:44
With my second blog I'm looking at the Womens half of the French open this year, and it looks much more amenable to a punter than the Mens.

To cut a long story short, Sharapova wins and the world numbers 1 and 2 and the defending champion don't make it past the quarters.

Check out my analysis in significantly more detail at

Thanks very much,

Dan
