I can't seem to access http://docs.developer.betfair.com/ I continually get a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT in Chrome. I've tried multiple browsers and machines. Is the documentation site up?

It disappeared earlier in the year. There's a thread (link below) in which someone raised a ticket to see what was happening with it and was told it would be back by March.

Currently, developer.betfair.com redirects to the Betfair homepage, developers.betfair.com is an Apache test page and api.developer.betfair.com (which was linked to from a Betfair Developer Program page that has also since disappeared) cannot be reached.
Anyone know what's going on?
