I backed Warren in previous years at over 100/1 no bets this year so obviously im cheering on Williams. Hope Warren cracks under the pressure and Williams finds his A game.
Without looking at rankings andreutations you would be lumping on Warren. |
|
By:
Why didn't you back him this year? Was it because he was shorter? was he around 30s this time?

Well done Bob for bringing some much-needed gravitas and dignity to our coverage of this Annual Feast.
In Wales we will just look on and know that the coveted title is coming back to the Principality. And that one day we might even live it down. |

Evening Alun and thanks! Nice to have you hear for the momentous occasion. It's a shame I am residing on foreign land at the moment and can't take in the atmosphere of a whole country deserted and living in such anticipation as to which one of the 2 greats on the stage we will adore for a year.

Every single person is watching their telly here in Wales. I was just going to then Co-Op to buy a much-needed Toblerone, and I was frogmarched unceremoniously back home at gunpoint.

I was left hungry one year Alun as I wandered to the chippy only to find it shuttered up. I had made a school boy error and expected it to be open during a Martin Phillips night match at the lakeside. I felt so foolish.

I never made the same mistake in the years that went by. Always having my chips and mushy peas at least a full hour before he towed the oche.

It's good that years of counselling has helped you to be able to tell us that Bob. I am proud to have been the one on here that you told.

Alun, do we know if the Westies are putting the squeeze on the O2 owners?

Bob - you could forget all abiout having the bins emptied around our way when Martin was win his pomp at the Lakeside.
Collections were stopped for a good month to allow for pre and post-event support. Anyone who complained had 20 bins worth of garbage dumped on their prize begonias. And rightly so. |
|
By:
Cosmo - FFS man, who do you think had the event moved there in the first place ?
|
|
By:
Ah, apologies Alun. I should have known this was all the work of the ‘brothers’.
On a betting front I fancy over 10.5 sets at slybet. I reckon both players will be nervous and the eventual winner may well stumble over the winning line as oppose to bursting through it. |
|
By:
Aye I had heard rumours of a couple of streets down your way smelling unpleasant during his pomp. Must have been the st's with the few to complain in. I heard some of the bin lads even phoned in with false complaints on the same st. The following repercussions would leave the st stinking and drive house prices down significantly. Leaving Martin to gain even more property to hos portfolio as he returned quids in from Essex.

On another subject Cosmo, we got tantalisingly close to a Sapphic consummation between Maitresse Josephine and Madamoiselle La Skanky at the end of the recent series of 'Spiral'.
I think they'll finally get together in the next one. |
|
By:
I heard those rumours too Bob. I started them.

Alun will wiseone grace us with his presence or did a grey man from Dudley put him of the BDO for life?

Bob - that's the question the entire country wants answered. No-one interested in that halfwit No-Markle any more. And lets all thank Allah for that.
