PDC continue to run their ship like a cohort operation with all laid plans only revealed after a draw. No top 8 players as seeds with the remaining 8 players unseeded and randomly drawn to play a seed. Why not just say the top 16 players will be seeded and bracketed accordingly to their position prior to the event?
