Yeah yeah, sneaking that in after Burnett's already won a set.
By:
would prefer hamilton stayed on double 16 hes a lot more solid than on tops
By:
gl mate!
Wonder how long they'll keep on about Hammer playing the 2nd best of the tourney for? |
By:
Sorry Silver
![]() I saw your stat about missed double on boys you backed last night and was genuinely . Going on about lack of non seeds going through but given they can't hit doubles how can they win? |
By:
Close call between that and Richie "drifting" out of the game / top 100 / insert your own "drift"
By:
Feels like Burnett has barely hit a score over 100 yet he's ahead?

I think part of it is that even when he hits a big score, the fact he falls over makes it look lucky
By:
Hmm. Lets wait for that **** Pearson to watch Webster, Part and Taylor to see if they are also the best treble 19 hitters in the game
By:
Just said there's no better player on t19 than Hamilton. Sure I've heard that also about Huybrechts last night, Webster in his match and Taylor every time he plays this week alone
By:
Ha ha ha Silver almost the same post

Quite extraordinary HH. It wasn't something I'd have been a short price on being posted simultaneously.

apart from our mutual hatred of Nige mate

By:
Can I nominate Denis Ovens as one player who never misses it.
By:
Amazing how you got the same players (I quite like MVG as a good t19 hitter)
By:
Along with Dean Winstanley and half the BDO.
By:
What I'd really like to know is if either of these players give up.
(I used to have Hammer down as one of the biggest quitters in the game. I know he's turned that around but still can't believe the reputation they've given him) |
By:
Fair call MVG Lori. I would think he's probably number one in fact.

On his day I'd say Webster is the tops. The year he beat Taylor his whole run to the semi's his cover shooting was unreal.
Last 12 months MVG definitely the top man tho |
By:
Although since he stopped going downstairs all the time he's become the second best player in the world. But I think that's about him getting his first dart in just the right place so often
By:
I fancy a draw Lori cos none of em know when they're beaten and are incredible battlers
By:
And then Webster stopped going for it so often and became ****. Opposite of MVG.
By:
He plays the whole board well he's very good on t18 too.
I remember when I first started to watch darts nobody used to really go downstairs but Priestley used to be phenomanal on t18 |
By:
It is a vital part of the game knowing when to stay and when to switch. There's some truly dreadful switchers too tho some boys hit more 3's and 7's when going for 19's
By:
Taylor doesn't go down as often any more, but hits considerably less 180s than he used to. Curious game.
By:
Still laughing at rods line earlier and the boys laughing at him. Lewis playing well apart from his scoring and finishing.

Lewis's main strength this year has been double 5. Which says a lot.
By:
Bout the 8th time I've heard never write Hamilton off and we're only in the 10th leg
And also the 43rd mention of PRESSURE |
By:
Sure does yep
