Michael Van Gerwen v Andy Smith: MVG is the form horse here. I think if he gets an early lead this could be over very quickly. So I am hoping for a quick start. The rest should take care of itself. Michael Van Gerwen - WIN

Richie Burnett v Co Stompe: This potentially could be very close. The market has Burnett the fav here BUT personally, I think Co Stompe could edge this. I am hoping Richie's doubling will be his downfall here because he can score with the best of them. Taking a bit of a chance but think Stompe will edge this. Past history shows Stompe has the edge as well. They have played 4 times with Co leading 3-1. (With the last meeting in Sept 2010, a 6-3 win for Stompe) Co Stompe - WIN (Value of the round)

Dave Chisnall v Gino Vos: Keep this simple Chisnall should win.

Simon Whitlock v Mark Walsh: Simon has the form here. He has just won the last players championship, and his confidence should be sky high. He actuall edged a 6-4 win over Walsh on the way to that win as well. However, Walsh will not give this to him. This will be a close affair imo. However, I am siding with Whilock here. Simon Whitlock - WIN (6-5,6-4)

James Wade v Colin Lloyd: Simple - James Wade Win

Adrian Lewis v Ian White: This could be a close affair if Lewis "just turns up". However, IF the real deal Lewis turns up then it will be one sided. I am hoping the £50K winners cheque will focus the young man here. LEWIS WIN

Terry Jenkins v Ray Van Barneveld: Game of the night imo. Both are playing very well. Terry has been putting the practice in for this one. If Terry gets an early lead then he will edge this. The game hinges on early doubles. Jenkins WIn 6-5,6-4.

Kin huybrechts v Vincen Van der Voort: I will keep this simple if VVD starts quickly this will end quickly. VVD WIN. (NOTE: The markets have Kim the easy fav here, I do not)

Foooook me the ESPN pics are a LONG way behind.  Prices changing before the first of the three darts of a sequence is thrown on the pics....  Hope to God they've not got the BDO Worlds again or that will be unplayable from home....
