R burnett and R thornton to win their quarters might be a squeak depending on their odds. Both playing very well , though first games hard it opens up should they win and the rest look beatable although which barney turns up is anyones guess. I suspect nowadays though he finds it harder the longer the tournement progresses
One stand out price for me: Beaton @ 6/4 v Painter 8/13. I have them 5/6 each of two.
Also like Winstanley @ 7/4 v Anderson 4/9.

I'm leaning towards betfair's fixed odds for 3 doubles and a treble.
Thanks to the tax man i'll be doing some in running trading during the tourny.
Providing Taylor @ 1/6 (not for me) beats King in the 1st round he looks set for a clear run to the 1/4's.

Mark Walsh stands out big time especially remembering Osborne in the past 2 years on tv... 5/6!
Painter definitely should be favourite against Beaton. More of big game player, better form and pedigree in past year, always seem more hungry than Beaton too. I'd say Painter's slightly on the short side but I'd expect him to win.

dont really follow the non tv scene, only know a player's doing well when i kinda get some nibbles for the worlds, then i check planetdarts only to find hes just gone and won a comp or something like that that.

Having two odd's on shots playing each other is a pi55take imo. If one's odd's on, the other should be odds against. Should be a law.
Surely Winstanley should be fav versus Anderson due to the disruption caused by Anderson's eye injury?
H20 been playing well in the weekend tournaments of late, 11/8 decent enough

The fixed odds limits are tiny, I only got 11 euro on Winstanley @ 3.1

He looked much much improved from his tv debut at the GSOD. I'd say Newton to win, but you might have to sweat it a bit.

toto, i have had a few chunky bets on fixed odds at top price, limits are fine.
Limits seem pretty random from the two bets I have experimented with since they introduced it.

Hubbard plays on his birthday. (Turns 20, teenager to man) when he plays Newton. Either a nice touch by the PDC or a coincidence.
Hubbard's rise is nothing short of Sensational! Plays without a care in the world and has taken to the big stage in great style.
He guaranteed his qualification for the matchplay after beating Mervyn King at the recent Euro champs in Germany on the main stage, in front a packed audience. The pictures show his emotion of what the win meant to him.
Also won a pdc youth tour event last weekend...Winning is a good habit to have. Come on James!!!
As for the manic throwing MVG, he beat Whitlock 6-1 in the final of a pdc pro tour event in may and trades @ 5/2 ???
Plenty of value bets about. Liking lots of special bets too... Only 2 days to go...
