Just FYI, I have been requesting BF customer service, through their useless "chat" function to put this first opening season road race (Omloop Het Niuwsblad) up on their exchange for the last two days. The bookies have been quoting since Monday, BF sportsbook has odds up since Tuesday and BF's only competitor $markets have been trading this race since Wednesday. My several appeals to get his important race up on the exchange seems to have fallen on deaf ears. The chat function really is so poor. No one working the chat obviously understands the importance of this race, nor seems to care. However, are they actually passing my request to the team in charge to get this race listed on the exchange, or does BF just not care anymore?
Yes indeed Tashkent, it beggars belief doesn't it? I actually, had pointed this out to customer service as well on their "chat" but it probably had the same effect as trying to explain the concept of time to a gold fish.

I think it's probably a Saturday thing. Stick too many markets up on a Saturday and the site grinds to a halt. Strade Bianchi, no chance, about half of my lifetime interactions with BF helpdesk must have been to try to get that market up. MSR if we're lucky
