With the withdrawal now of VV,what are the rules concerning a 'remplacant'..can Movistar bring in another rider in his stead or do they have to ride the remainder of the Tour a man down?

no replacements after the race has started, just bad luck that it struck such an important rider.
thx..what i thought..had backed Quintana but had to cash out now his main man in the mts is out
