good news...conscious but broken collarbone, out of race

Time gaps seem to be indicating that Kruijswijk is managing the gap to Valverde and to Nibali/Chaves and limiting losses. Seems strange though as both because those two groups have domestiques driving the pace whereas KR is having to do a lot of work himself. Also, the final climb is surely going to have more of an impact on the Dutchman than the rest.

Feel really sorry for Kruijswijk. If Nibali wins this with the lack of class he's shown I'll be very disappointed.
