Started a new role which involves me supporting ophthalmic surgery and have spent most of this week in theatre dawn til dusk. I've been leaving the house at 6.00 and getting in about 7pm and then having hours of admin. Should brek the back of it shortly but hardly seen any of the last week of the tour

sixtwosix has led throughout and wears yellow as we move into the last two stages. Remember points for GC picks will be added on at the end of today's stage (and altered if necessary after Stage 21) so this will give us a complete picture moving into tomorrow's stage. Swingingpick looks at this stage to be the most likely to benefit from the addition of GC points and thus could be considered to be in the provisional polka dot jersey. Three sets of points still to be added to the totals then:

...Interesting to note nugget's absence in this cycling forum comp, btw -- I guess his aftertiming strategy would not really work on here, since the selections must be put up in advance of the start of each stage!

No changes on the GC on the final leaderboard and nothing much changed from the final stage, although both bristol county caravans and 626 added to their collection of fine stage picks with another winner with Greipel.

Top 3 was:
1st SixtwoSix (yellow overall and green stage picks jersey winner)
2nd bristol county caravans (gallant runner up with 5 winning stage picks and another 3 placed)
3rd Happybacker (very impressive performance to podium without the bonus points from GC picks)

and well done to forum veteran SwingingPick who almost nailed the whole top 10 in order and therefore won the polka dot jersey hands down.

Thanks everyone. We could do another for the Vuelta if there's enough interest, although I might rope in a helper!
