Is there not the same problem looming as Cavendish had at Sky with the team riding for Contador?

Doubt it. Sagan doesn't need a train and can work in the mountains for Contador. From what has been said it looks like he'll be concentrating on the classics next year.
Mind you if he's given the same stuff the rest of them are on Contador could well be supporting Sagan for yellow next July.
