Ironic that Lord Thakur bowls 5 wides off the first 5 balls then get a wickets off the 11th ball! That started the mini collapse too.
I don't get why they just don't bowl full and straight at the base of the stumps and force the batsmen to hit straight where you can put fielders or across the line where they risk missing and getting bowled. it's a no brainer for me! |

I have to say I was more excited by the emergence of Jaiswal when I first saw him. It is hard to comprehend how good this new kid is. He certainly has something special. I want to see Jaiswal in Test Cricket. I do not know what to make of this kid. Only time will tell. With regard to an increase in games…… the times they are a changing wonders. The White Man’s burden is almost over. India have learnt from their Imperial Masters how to control and humiliate and take everything. The Saudi’s can do it without any competitive sport, they have the money. We lived in glorious times, money cannot buy that. |

Tremendous game of pyjama cricket yesterday ( I am a snob, it is not cricket as we know it Jim ).
I really thought MI had smashed the GT and was shocked by the fight GT put up. They are an incredible team with incredible batting talent. mI have the opportunity of finishing 4th and having to beat the top 3 teams consequently to be crowned as Champions. If they do that they deserve recognition as one of the best eva imho. They have incredible batting power down to 8 and an array of bowling options to suit conditions and situations. Hats on, about turn, quick march. |
