PAK vs NZ 1st ODI cancelled; entire tour has been abandoned due to security concerns – Follow live updates: per Geo News, the first ODI between Pakistan and New Zealand has been cancelled due to COVID-19 cases among the players. Players and support staff have been asked to remain in their respective hotel rooms. Spectators haven’t been allowed inside the ground as well.
As per the latest updates, three players from each side are said to have tested positive for Covid 19. The official confirmation, however, is yet to come. The interior minister will hold a press conference at 5:00 pm to share the details of the situation. |

New Zealand have called off their limited-overs tour of Pakistan because of security concerns. The tour, comprising three ODIs and five T20Is, was supposed to start today, with the first ODI in Rawalpindi, but neither team left their hotel on the morning of the game, and spectators were not allowed to enter the stadium. After a period of uncertainty, as details regarding the cause of the delay were awaited, a New Zealand cricket statement was issued, saying, "Following an escalation in the New Zealand Government threat levels for Pakistan, and advice from NZC security advisors on the ground, it has been decided the Blackcaps will not continue with the tour". The New Zealand contingent in Pakistan is now preparing to leave the country. The NZC, however, said they "will not comment on the details of the security threat nor the updated arrangements for the departing squad". "I understand this will be a blow for the PCB, who have been wonderful hosts, but player safety is paramount and we believe this is the only responsible option," NZC chief executive David White said in the statement. The Pakistan Cricket Board, meanwhile, stated they and the government of Pakistan had made "foolproof security arrangements". |

Yes but weather can cause 3 void situations, in this instance they say it will be determined by the team lol. They really need to think about a completed match (without any ambiguity) market. Official result "Yes" anything else "No" Simples.

It's clear to anyone with a bit of common sense
Completed match market is a weather market not a bet on terrorism, pitch vandalism, player death, player injury market You might think that you've been cheated but you were never getting paid out, so you havent lost anything, just remember it for next time |

And Betfair will never allow any market that allows you bet on such events (terrorism, vandalism, injuries, deaths etc) for obvious reasons

If you are in betfair and you have the power to void an outcome you will, as we noticed when "yes" hit 1.7 against an hour of tweets to the contrary! They can smash the odds one way and not lose if the outcome is different to their risk. This should be illegal, all ambiguity must be removed to prevent inside trading based on legal ambiguity.
