after 12 overs
101/4 chases 134/3 |

Those sixes by Samson are the difference here and some monumentally stupid batting by CSK
oh I guess the 4 sixes by Archer was the actual game changer. CSK are basically four sixes behind the ask |

Goes to show what a mess they made of the chase and the target was getable
|
|
By:
a good profit there, above my top line target, will help averages long term, no losses prey tell so far..52 more to go

Also I Ashley bottled the run line. Should have seen how short these boundaries are and smashed the run line. I was worried about the CSK spinners! The original run line was 163.5 I think

We are back in the ball game pecker!

Sharjah is the best venue, those short boundaries makes games more tradeable

Yes and no to you both
Foresight rather than hindsight....runs was Ashley bleedin obvious and short boundaries make the game risible |
|
By:
I think had I won yesterday I would have head butted the run line then kicked it in the goolies today. Knew all about the short boundaries but thought RR batting was top heavy........and even then I was proved right! They were certainly top heavy and it made the difference!

Time for patience today I think.
Probably want to be on the side batting second particularly if it is MI. We saw yesterday 218 was not really an outta sight target if the chase is managed properly and three batsmen do not lose their heads and the others do not leave it too late. There are some big hitters on both sides but MI have some decent bowlers and a train wreck will be easy to get into with no chance of jumping off without heavy cost. Will also probably go for run lines early on but after yesterdays 164.5 I expect to see it probably start at above 180. Both sides are likely to hit that although one could be skittled if panic sets in. Ok after much consideration and bollox we don't have a scooby. Keep money in pocket and perhaps enjoy, maybe throw in a Hail Mary at the end just in case? |
|
By:
Also are they using the same pitch? This could be very important.
I have just seen both teams to score 160+ at 5/4, which, I really fancied yesterday but bottled it. |

I currently have the Bob Willis trophy final on but want to extract something from this too. A lot of talent on display here. Morgs has been mediocre in past IPLs, interested to see how he gets on this year, it helps that he is firm friends with Baz coach of KKR.

I hope Derby is dry tonight, want to extract something from the lasses game later.
