England always seem to be poor in the 1st Test of most series and then recover thereafter. As for the umpires, they haven't umpired for ages and like the cricketers make more mistakes than usual, it won't be long before their back to the high standard of umpiring we get.

Oh Grant, I don't think you remember the Seventies but before ODI and T20 there was The West Indies! Where do you want to start Greenidge Richards Lloyd Collis King etc etc etc even the bowlers would give it a thwack. I remember Mikey hitting a 70 with plenty of fours and sixes before heavy bats came in! |

Umpires are not Hawkeye, they are human and there is the benefit of doubt people seem to forget when criticising an Umpire. Hawkeye shows it in clear out / not out terms only.
