Root at 3, going to score even fewer runs than usual. Lot of low scoring batsman in this England line up, I like Stokes as top series batsman for England at 7/1

In three time zones too, just like the good old days.

Exactly what I was thinking Happy

I will be away from home starting Wednesday. Will do the tests from my phone and try to repair my bank.

I lost 1.8k. My biggest loss ever. Thankfully 1.2k of those were my winnings from last two weeks.

I will need to make back about 600 euros to get my money back and then I can trade like an idiot again.

My BF bank balance has kindly decided to inform me that I haven't been trading "like" an idiot, I simply AM one. With that in mind I try to limit the damage by idiot-proofing my trades. But it's hard to lock in a modest profit if the green-eyed monster is constantly in your head trying to get you back to where you once were with one big win "this time".

Building up x amount of green over four days and coming out at break-even on day five cos of a last-day gamble is really an actual loss of that x amount. Whole sessions with no wickets are rare, but lots of rare things happen in Test cricket and not allowing for them is how you **** yourself over.

I still can't fathom how I got to lay off England at 22 in the last few minutes of play. If I'd stuck to my original plan I would have had some mega-green to off-load. But every green counts, however small.

I have to say that this forum is so entertaining that I don't even watch the live Sky output, but first refer to this forum and it provides all
I need to know what's going on during the match.
I know many resort to the vernacular a bit too often, but the knowledge is very useful when it's time to put my hard earned on a selection.
So thank you boys and keep the banter up as long as you can, and well done.
I did have a small wager on Laying the Draw in the match, but watching the actual match I find very stressful so I use the forum.
Cheers chaps.

The rumor here in Germany is that Smith wants to miss the test fearing a lively surface and archer.
