Both sets of Selectors/ Management need shooting at times
So that was the best bowling attack in the World? Sans sand paper they looked like England on Tour down under! |

love 'the Pan'
responsible for a steady decline in draw price with a great batting display and than continues the love by grassing a catch |

Got this wrong, partly through being being asleep. I’ve got more result green than draw red by a fair way but really could have left myself much less vulnerable. Still think Aus very likely to fall apart though.

Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz is my preferred choice
Good luck with the storm juce. I have seen the odd puff of dust. I don't think Khawaja will last long against spin. The other guy looks decent. Still plenty of time to go but the pitch looks pretty decent for now. My biggest green is on the draw and smallest on India. I might be prepared to risk all the draw green and put it on India if I see something in the pitch and the price is right. Will check the weather first of course. Believe it or not I would have batted on. The follow on presents the best chance if victory in this game. |

If India can’t enforce a follow on having scored over 600, doubt over 650 would be any better. Think they called it fair enough: keep batting aggressively while the runs are coming but pull out when you’d have to bring in a rabbit to keep going.

Doesn't matter whether India enforce the follow on or not. Even if they don't, Aus will be batting on day 5 with an impossible target to get. At best, Aus have managed to face 120 overs in an innings. If they were to repeat that, India will still be batting first session tomorrow, leading by 300 runs.

I see the weather may be an issue(coupled with India's need to only avoid a loss)

Is it a good idea to lay 275 at 1.3?

It's definitely the flattest pitch of the series. There's been some variable bounce, but that was mostly on the first day. It's 39 degrees again today, so should continue to bake it. I think the Aussies will gift a few wickets, but there'll be a few partnerships and the draw could trade a lot lower. As Shane Warne keeps saying, 'the bowlers have to find a way'. I think they'll find a way and hunt wickets throughout the day, with the pitch getting worse as the day wears on. I do think they'll be all out today with India holding a 300 lead. Aussies should be batting again by tea on the 4th day with India having a 500 lead and 4 sessions to get them out on wearing pitch with 3 spinners and some serious rough for Jadeja. I'm holding off on the draw lay, but hate that FOMO feeling. Good luck everyone!

2 SS games here this season and two draws.
The pitch has hardly worn yet, a few cracks but not much for the spinners yet. Looks more like a drop in |
