take it for what it is, the pitch is slow and flat. India will post 550+ and so will Australia

I want to go tp bed but I am, reluctant to reverse my draw bets until Draw hits 2.5

Nice thing about draw lays is it’s fine just leaving them up. Although if you think both sides score over 550 not sure why you’d lay at 2.5.

I reckon this pitch will worsen in a way last years did not.

This market has been  very static last 2 hours. Sleepers have not missed much unless you're tick nickers.

There's a lot more pace in the pitch with some variable bounce... Could this pitch break up with the extreme heat tomorrow? They've created plenty of chances the last 10 overs. I'm green after laying Australia earlier today

Groundsman left 10mm on it apparently. That's unheard of. Often the rest of the square will be 10mm!!!

After a short while there were catchers in front of the bat and just one slip at times. The opposite of Perth.

The sun will bake it then who knows. Very attritional day. Oz could be fielding for 200 overs Shocked

Big red Aus
Small green India
Good green draw

Not sure how to structure this. Draw must shorten but India set to win for me.

How will the pitch play? I think it will break around day 4. India need to bat beyond tea, punish and demoralise Aussie bowlers. Prudence says wait a few overs and jump all over India as close to evens as possible. I also want to lay my draw near evens. Being clever is a good way to lose money. I will just wait and see. I cannot see the draw here but let's see. I mean I can but pretty unlikely I think. Am staying on the draw for now though.

I think the time to back the draw has gone. Well done those who too early prices.

India could be rolled for 300 or cruise their way beyond 4.

New ball 9 overs old. Oz must hit hard early doors or face a turgid day. Happy to wait on this one. India could be the lay here. They've taken forever to get to 200...

Not a good start by me. Laid India pre-match at 2.94 with the thinking that if they batted first then that's fine and if they bowled first then talk of early wickets was fine. Not being awake for match doesn't help but I probably would have stuck with my position for a while anyway so can't really use that as an excuse.

Anyway when I woke up I backed India at an average of 2.09 which is where it is now and backed the draw at an average of 2.48 which is nothing to shout about. Which leaves me with a biggish red on Aussies, tiny win on India and small red on the draw.

I've been trying to work out where the odds go depending on what happens. I have to say I don't know.

Kohli”s wicket in the first half changes everything here

He goes India could still be all out sub 350 and Aus then
Become a chance the win.

Still not traded after day 1 as the pitch is such an unknown
Going forward

Now that the other 2 tests are giving me strife important I press home my advantage here.......India not collapsing will help with that.   Just bat Aus out of the game please!

It depends what happens with the pitch... the ball has beaten the bat a few times today and it's quicker than yesterday... Maybe 1.7
