I wouldn't call it filth. One of the best innings I ever saw was Lara's ton in the opening match of the 2003 World Cup against SA. He hadn't played any cricket for a while and came to the crease at 2 down for very little runs. You could see that he was out of nick and very scratchy- but he played himself in right there. Now Ponting's innings in the final was better, but not by much imvho.
So plenty of time for Henri to come good here. |
