Yeah, don’t know how people were so sure of this a day or so ago but looks hideous in a few hours and we already know it’s not a quick drying ground. I’m contemplating taking a huge red rather than just straight up losing £6k.

windies won't bother with chasing any target. Groundsmen won't be rushing. Srilanka aren't guaranteed 10 wickets even with a full day's play, though of course it will give you time to trade. Can't see this ending any other way. With the weather, i'm suprised draw is so big.

I could try to get £30k on at 1.2 for tiny draw green. It’s equivalent to what Charlie does in limited overs. That really would be risking a huge chunk of my bank on a radar I don’t totally trust and a batting line up I definitely don’t though.

Yeh the "Charlie" full reverse. I know I haven't got the stomach for it, so I don't even think about it.
In fact whenever I've backed short odds and the red has started to build, I've pressed the panic button too soon and then made a right hash of the whole situation |

The problem for you Fats will be that if there is play, you won't be able to get out of the reverse. So you'll have to sit through the whole day's play hoping for a draw.

I might have an almighty bet when I see it can't miss and it's going to take a session out.

Or you could wait for 1.3-1.4 which you can heavily back and have room to cash out as well if needed.

But why not just take a loss and move on? I've taken two 500+ losses last month and still ended up winning for the month. I don't do high stakes like you but surely 6k is something you can recover from without much fuss?

We've seen obvious moves today on BF to catch up with the bookies. Went 1.46 to 1.4 in 5 mins , pause for a few hours & then 1.4 to 1.33 in 5 mins, pause for a few hours & then 1.3 to 1.2 in 5 mins

Draw training to zero. I was too late to get radar up today and too blasé about risk all test. Still, I’d rather have a few big wins and occasional huge loss than a bunch of small wins. I’ve not paid PC for nearly a year but that’s partly because I’ve modified my betting a little to avoid it and I’ve still been close again a few times plus will eventually get to super PC, requiring even more mitigation.
