Split loyalties. Personally want game called off but wouldn't like FS to lose his shirt.

Radar looked completely clear then filled in
Complete opposite to the test match.
Got super lucky in that too

It's only £8k. Wouldn't worry too much. Cut off presumably about 40m from now.  Tight even if it stops raining fairly soon.

I was so angry when Elgar got out before tea, I cashed out for a modest profit. Fell asleep and woke up to 8 down!!!
Could have taken a severe beating if I'd left my draw bet open.

Looks like it should pass in another 10-15. Ground staff will want home side to get out to chase 40 off 5 or whatever.

I'm trying to reassure myself. Would be my biggest loss by quite a bit.

Sad thing is I could have got easily plus. Going to be more careful with coastal venues in future.

It's forming over the sea with hove directly on the coast the precipitation is just back filling, I would say 10 more mins and this will be off as it will take too long to get covers off and ground fit to play

It's been like this all day in Sussex.

No rain forecast then rain. It's been impossible to call. The forecasts have been changing all day, hour by hour.

The weather has been very changeable. You can't predict from one hour to the next.

Yeh the forecast has been changing dramatically in the test match every hour. Really had a grind out a profit in that game

It's been cloud all day with no blue sky chasing it. Some clouds drop rain, others don't. It's also very localised with wind swirling.

Not sure how anyone can predict what it will do over a few acres of green.
