Depends on your line up a bit but I do think they should look more towards getting past 180 rather than settle for 160-170. Sure, you'll sometimes fizzle and only get 150 or so if your hitters don't come off but they've got Morris and Mathews to come.
Got back on DD after the wicket which has turned out to be a nice trade with Pant not being pants this over.

Interesting, thanks. So essentially you can lose 2 wickets totally for free and the utility of having more than 4 in hand is still pretty low. Does depend on your guys but think not having Morris in with a few overs left with his SR of over 170 (and apparently about 230 this IPL) must be bad cricket, unless your other guys are murdering the bowling. This tapping singles around feels wrong, doesn't it? Fine, get singles when the big shots don't come off for you but you must play the big shots.

You heard it here first!Pantyman to the rescue for me!After yesterdays debacle and Jason Roy again we see examples of why your best ans hardest hitting batsmen should be nearer the top of the order. Mathews can hit the thing so think you bat him ahead of Cummins for sure but definitely not Morris.

Yep, teams need to be going earlier when they have wickets in hand, all this "leave yourself wickets in hand for the last 5 overs" is completely outdated.

It's obviously fine to have wickets in hand at the end and you certainly don't want to be bowled out or anything but hit hard and hit often seems to be the way to play it to me. England's batting approach to limited overs batting seems pretty good to me. We'd have one hell of a side if our bowling were any good. A fair bit of the wickets in hand thing will just be the higher chance of having set batsmen in at the death.
Having said that, DD has finished this without many wickets in hand and not scored many runs!

ffs I need a single off the last ball, a wide will do!
Should have cashed out after that Pants over, although obviously easy to say now. Oh, no, you shouldn't have, easy win.

Fancy KKR here
I'm quite tempted to reverse my position, at least for the start of KKR innings.

Reversing not looking a good call so far. Perhaps the actual proper openers can do okay for me.
Or not. Should just have stuck rather than twisted looking to trade. I've rarely done terribly well out of trading T20, although I am at least still a bit green on DD.

slogger did you go all in on delhi
I did my now established bet a grand for value then top up with £500 to trade, which was working very nicely a few trades later to get me to £1.4k on DD for only £700 red on KKR. I then broke my plan to go bigger green on KKR, which has been less successful.

Probably won't be but a wicket could just bring it back into the balance. Was looking tight until the last three balls of that over went for 13.

Never likely, to be fair. Oh well, medium win for me after a lot of effort getting my trading spot on during the DD innings then nowhere near after that.
