we are going to lose 9 or 10 overs today, which is shocking considering spinners have bowled about half the overs, i dont understand why they dont just carry on, it seems stupid to just walk off when the conditions are fine.

I am a simple man slip!

Tomorrow it will be dry and after an hour or so Shah will rip it up. The only thing that will unsettle the market is Samuels going after Shah in the first hour and if he does I shall top up on PakistanWink!

I kinda did see this coming and tried to cover my WI red at 95 pre-play. Without success. I'll now have to cover at current prices and go all red.

Still think Pak win fairly easily.

I woke up and watched the last session. WI played pretty well, stayed positive & the ball didn't do that much.
I think the odds are a fair reflection of the state of the game.
Will the ball turn more in the morning?, we shall see.
I might put a few extra shekels on WI as it's been a while since I saw a decent chase in a test match.
Dubious stuff from Pak again. Some of that batting was criminal.
I've always got my eye on Pak skullduggery but Bangla players are starting to come into my line of vision too.

I am pretty sure Bishoo and Shah were bowling on different pitches or rather different conditions.

As pxb pointed out I saw this scenario coming yet seeing Shah bowl his first ball and watching it rip I decided I could not wait or back my original hunch.  I only had a tenner at 70 on WI after getting the draw at 4.5  I thought I was in a good position but as Pakistan collapso'd I was not really in a great position to exploit things after I layed off WI at 9's I think, doh!

Anyway I digress. I think the dew was a factor last night. The TV commentators made absolutely not mention of it and that doesn't mean it wasn't there. I am convinced that after the effect of the roller wears off that Shah and Nawaz will spin Pakistan to victory.

I'd like to think that hatred of Inida, pride and desire to stay at the top of the rankings would push Pakistan on. I really feel they have been a breath of fresh recently and am pretty confident they are not on the take anymore...as sure as you can be with a team from Pakistan!

After losing those overs last night, I don't think a draw is out of the question. Slow scoring start, few wickets, Windies shut up shop

West Indies could well win the first hour but I still wouldn't fancy them. They're prone to collapses and even if they've got 7 wickets left at lunch I think the pressure will get to them.Fascinating days play ahead.Starts at 12.30.
