The rain is due 2nd half on this game according to the BBC radar and possibly set to clear for the scheduled time for the 3rd game. Let's just say for the point of my question that Durham finish there inings and Yorkshiere don't get out so no DL, would they consider a bowl off indoors to get the day completed or wait and move the final to tomorrow? Can't seem to find anything on the ECB site but someone mentioned indoor bowl offs the other day?

WTF

I mean making games 10 overs to get a result and get the final off in time. Someone on the Edgbaston website mentioned the possibility of a bowl off if required as they were contracted to do everything to get it finished today hence why I asked

Yes, I asked here earlier if they were going to be aggressively applying D/L if there is rain. I don't think any rain is going to be too bad, by my calculations there is only a 50% chance of D/L getting involved in this match.

Its 5 overs for a match Joseph.

Joseph, there's no clear rules on it. They will try to complete the tournament today but obviously want to be fair to all teams.

I've been following it all day and it blows out before hitting Edgebaston. There will be a few light showers, and the umpires will be doing everything to keep in players on the field.
