Only 4 Tests held here and 3 were rain affected draws. Looks like the pitch doesn't deteriorate much and could get easier to bat on.
Thunder showers in the forecast, but that doesn't mean much. It rains all year round here, but this one of the drier times of year. Still, I expect some rain. No idea about drainage, but as a newer stadium should be decent. Laid the draw to start and hope SL bat first.

I'm at a music festival with wife and our three year old today with dodgy data connection. Not ideal for following this. I'd have got a bit of my draw green on SL earlier if I'd been able to keep track. I am so much better off than on day one at least.

The first replay seemed to be in poor df and jumped a few frames which missed the edge.

Laid Aus and backed the draw. I think I only started betting on this match yesrday morning. First bet was an odds on lay of Aus. The backed SL.
Seemed all too predictable but to be fair the extra 70 runs the SL tail got actually ended up winning the match and proved the difference in the end.
but I have lost a stone and am on it despite a sore knee. Only two stone off my fighting weight now!
Thanks for all the weather updates folks. Just sorry I ignored them otherwise I would have won twice as much!
