england have an excellent chance so long as faf only gives tahir two overs.

Enjoyed the game though, but as usual England clueless when it comes to an important game.

yep 20 odd for 0 off 4 overs, just isn't good enough, in a lot of games teams go at 10 or more an over, in the PP

Good point Java,
I thought Bayliss had been a breath of fresh air. Maybe our personnel are just not good enough. I don't rate Morgan as captain like many here. The answers...quite simply I don't know that either. I thought our players were quite reasonable. Finn or Broad instead of Jordan for me despite his figures today. England had the worst of the Jew but they never looked like winning. T20 is a stats game. There have been some interesting articles about the use of stats in T20 recently but it would appear we are devoid of this information or unable to act upon it. I think The Barmy Army needs to be reformed in it's orignal mode..to support our band of losers! |

Actually they were 36 for 0 after 4 overs cricketnut. Going at 9 an over. Englands problem was they got bogged down a bit in the middle of the innings. |

One thing that needs to be addressed quickly is the dew factor.
It can tilt the game too much in the second innings. |

I recall there is something they can spray on the grass that stops the dew forming. Don't know why they don't use it.

It's the same stuff we use in Perth to get water to penetrate our sandy soil. Not particularly expensive.

Surely in this day and age they can devise something better to dry the ball too. An old beer mat is unacceptable really!
