if we look at anderson's average and his 5 wicket hauls, it's not that great.
it's a still great achievement, but the seemingly endless hype seems to be presenting it as something much bigger than it actually is.

the right decision would have been to go with rashid, particularly given how tightly root has bowled.
rashid could well have been the difference on the final day.

Moheen Ali, should be back for the next game and he is more likely to take wickets and of course, would lenghten, Englands batting abit more. Not saying, we would have won that Test with him, but is more likely to take wickets as our main spinner in this game.

Enjoyed watching Holder get his hundred in the pub last night, was really great. Just as the game finished my mate walked past me closely escorted by two Bouncer's. I had to leave my pint at the bar ( that's not a first! ) just in case they were going to dole out summary justice. Apparently he had decked somebody in the toilet ( twaite! ). For any youngsters reading this a " Bouncer " in days of yore was a local thug who like beating people up and get paid for it and not arrested and obviously could not get into the Police Force. They didn't wear suits and bow ties. Summary Justice is when they threw you down the stairs and then gave you a kicking at the bottom of the steps and told you not to come back.
