WI did well to survive the swinging new ball in game 1. Will they do it again?
Maybe, but at the price, bet has to be WI.

dont remember the last time WI won back to back away to a good team
take the power play now and distrupt the bowling plan again!
Smith is gonna get tired soon, play an ugly hoick and get ou
The point of putting pollard up the order is to give himself time to get a good sighter. There is no point him porking it around now. They have players who can do that. It would be fun to see him play some shots in a power play
That is what it is about!
Mishra will not be at the World Cup and should not be playing today

I don't know if he is nursing an injury but their attack is powder puff at the moment and the bowlers who might be effective in Aus or rather the ones after Bhuvi, Shami and Ashwin to look at are Ishant, Umesh Yadav and Varon Aaron. Unfortunately Jadeja is Dhoni's pet and he will get a berth possibly ahead of Ahswin and another fast bowler
Something like this at the world cup; Jadeja, Ashwin, Bhuvi, Shami and Aaron/Yadav
Poor shot really and a disappointing innings from Pollard in the circumstances, nice hits not withstanding but WI have players who can move the score along so there is no need for him to come in at 3 and play like a batsman. Once he was in he should have gone after the bowling and caused chaos. Very poor shot with so much width to be trying to pull it from there

Probably right demi. Ishant is also in the frame for the final spot.
Kohli bowling filth!

Mishra spinning a web round Samuels, back to back maidens fair play
soba,
it might be part of the game plan by the WI to make Mishra look good and keep him in the side

plenty of batting in the shed
I'd lay the **** out of windies now, if i wasn't already in a position
I am going to have a bit more if I can get 1.6
This is why they should have taken the power play when Smith and Pollard were set
why was samuels checking the run before going off to the safe end?
bravo, Sammy and russell still to come should be strong favourites..

Terrible innings from Samuels. His innings totally shifted the momentum towards India.
i rank that samuels knock further up the scale of dodginess than forward alarm's effort
i don't mind someone having crappy timing on a slow wicket, it happens all the time.
but it was when he stopped, turned round, and checked that the easy single to mid on when smith had already set off, and he was running away from the danger end. that's not normal.

That was a proper implosion.
We need more of these.
This cruising to victory at 7 an over for 25 overs was getting tiresome!
I'd give Samuels the benefit of the doubt. Enigmatic player. Capable of looking disinterested at the crease on many occasions.

pollard seems to have done much better than raina

Samuals was protesting at something or other, something not right with that knock. Did he not get the gratitude from those above with his ton in the last match perhaps. Was it a case of him saying `well, watch what happens when i decide not to play`
