i was thinking this scenario. sanga and silva bat for 1/2hr and then a nice big shower. I reckon that gets down to 1.25ish. In the game against SA, I think the draw hit around 1.25 when there was a shower before lunch. Then sanga & mahela got out and the draw never looked back!

Not been following today. Have been on the draw from the start. Decided to cover " mercurial " Pakistan and the Ajmaal factor. Now wondering if I should have to consider the " unmercurial " Pakistan. Is it possibile that SL can score enough runs and skittle Pak before the end of the game? Probably not but trust is lacking!

Pakistan have shortened because of the rain! SL are still 200 behind so would need to score 200 runs plus anythign Pak could amass in their second innings. The chances of that are slim. Pak are 200 in front. On paper they have a better chance of winning the game from here. That is why they have shortened.
