up go the odds, then bam, wicket and the market realises its errors. As usual.
By:
if a team is scoring at the required rate at the start of the match, how does the market judge that as a 20 tick drift on Bangladesh? Surely you cannot extrapolate two overs into 50 overs. There should be a 1-2 tick drift at this stage.
By:
During the first 10 overs of this match, they should really be targeting around about 90 runs.

The markets react, as usual, far too much to big overs and boundaries. You see them hit 9 off an over, the odds go up 10 ticks. Then they hit 2 off the next over and the odds decrease about 4 ticks despite the average of the overs being less than is required. It is ludicrous, betting on this sport. It is simple mathematics. Never judge from an over, judge from the combination of bowlers, which at this stage is two, so in batches of two overs. One over can go for a lot of runs and the next is defended, or the score is hauled in by the other bowler etc. That's my advice anyway.
By:
So far they required more than 6 an over. They have scored
6 / 10 / 5 / 5 So effectively, that 10 is just replacing what they failed to score in the other overs, plus maybe one or two runs. One or two runs ahead, 1.5s to 1.7s. Crazy odds, moreso when you consider that in this period of the match they should be scoring faster than that RRR. |

6 / 10 / 5 / 5 / 0

By:
They require about 12 from this over to make up the difference.
By:
as you said dont count to much for every over
By:
yes, I am counting this and the previous over.
By:
So they didn't score 12. Off the next two overs you'd expect them now to need around 15.
By:
Gonna be tricky, Market loves PAK.

I think it hates Bangladesh, more likely.
