Same number of wickets down. Difficult batting pitch. England notoriously bad down the order. Not even close. Windies are, to coin a phrase from one of the forum's most notorious contributors, free money at 1.50.

To the poor fella who 'tried to make up for yesterdays losses by ploughin in to England at 1.30', lesson be learned that you can never get out of yesterdays losses by barreling in to a short price. Need to be patient and LAY the short price, when the time is right. Was always going to be tough for England, Narine overs in bank and the pitch was very slow, getting slower as the day wore on.

Gimpida, tis easy to be so 'matter of fact ' in hindsight. The price at the time was right and England were in position to piss it, needing a run a ball in 20 overs with 8 wickets in the bank. Agreed the pitch did slow up at the end but the price didnt flip until England were six down so the chance to get out was there for a good 40 mins. However i agree with you that one shouldnt chase losses backing short odds.
