Was going to say in answer to the commentator...how can a bowler with 5 wickets be tired?  answer he wasn't, cue 6!

Having learnt English for 28 now 29 years, I feel it is such a 'deep language' that you forever keep learning. I don't think you can ever say "I know everything about the English language'

1984 is a book about totalitarian and slaves to a tyrannical regime

Portentous is my word for the day!

I have a Sri Lankan friend who said whenever that little fella Mahela scores a 4 with his first scoring shot he gets big runs.  can't see the portents today for Shikur Dhawan!

is there a way you can improve your English? maybe I watch too much sports, any texts you guys recommend to pick it up better, more clearly. What Im starting to value is, 'the better your English' - the better opportunities you will have in life

Laugh!

Les miserables, Victor Hugo

Shantaram, Greg Roberts

Nana, Emile Zola

The 3 best books I have ever read but 1984 is a masterpiece and unfortunately portentous!

India must be a good lay price right now, especially if you have already bought them.

why are NZ 3.9? should be 10's
By:

Pitch is drying out and India clear of immediate danger.  They should rack up a big score tomorrow as it gets faster and have plenty of time to bowl NZ out second up.

laying india at 1.4 purely on the basis they only have 3 seamers second innings and khan looks pedestrian
By:

When: 14 Feb 14 04:49
that looked like a no ball to me!  they never give those!

Laying India at 1.4 if you have already backed them makes good sense to me purely for Health Insurance but I don't fancy NZ coming back from here although it is still early days

I just think that in the 2nd NZ inns India will trade above 1.4. It would only need a decent opening p'ship to move it quite quickly. Look at Aus yesterday. Finished their inns at 2.5. After 1 over, they were 3.1!! We all know what happened after that but the trade was there if u were on the ball!

Only one outcome I think. India win.

Fancy them to get 350-400 and then have 2 days at NZ.

if NZ score around 350 in their 2nd innings,,Draw ll come short then currently trading at 10

yeh, good stuff. I was laying India based on NZ 2nd dig but could work for me in this innings if this swing carries on

Pujara is a limpet after he has gone Kiwi bowlers have a chance with all India's stroke makers.  India lay was good shout. Even more annoyed at missing the toss now!

its been a good trading day. I missed out to a certain extent messing about with innings runs. Almost got myself in a pickle. Giving that up as a bad job from now on! Focus on the game more

you could lay India at 1.40 and take a saver on the draw at 11's?

Dhoni will get bannned again!Laugh

India warming up nicely for England!  I wonder if they have the back bone to drop Zak for Kumar B.  They will need another seamer in England too, maybe Yadav.  They will have to drop a batsman later in the summer, maybe Vijay with Rahane to open so the 4th seamer spot opens up.
