I think things need to be made much clearer re light and finishing times. Way too ambiguous for everyone

i actually played the game ok, but always behind after my initial lay of the draw
had a tip for the 4 horse at southwell, 1405, short price i know, invested a few hundred of my winnings 
i know these umpires need to be conisitent with this light issue, i still cant work out how australia where not forced to bowl those last 4 overs at the oval last year, they where bowling the overs slowly and using delay tatics

once the umpires ask the players to leave the field due to bad light in a test , then the level on the light meter where they ask the players to leave the field is recorded, then , this sets a precedent , so whenever the meter shows this measurement , no matter what the match situation , the players must leave the field due to bad light
i dumped my red on the draw shortly after tea , but i always felt pakistan were going to punish sri lanka for their negative tactics
they did yesterday , the y came off for bad light in this test end of day 4
yeah juce they never use meter today it was like the umpires just wanted to punish sri lanka for slowish overrate
Pakistan didn't bowl particularly quickly either. They bowled about 26 in the first two hours.
I lost on the game, as I said pre morning day 5 to back the Draw at 1.21. Anyway onwards to the next game
Been out for most of the day. Came home half expecting a draw.

I don't bet on Pakistan games but laying the draw at 1.1 something should have been the obvious play! Could have gone either way
Disappointed in Sri Lanka for their fans. Repeat didn't watch game but I think I can taste the smell.
The beauty of test Cricket is the variety of teams, styles, grounds, pitches, climate, humidity, cuisine, beverage, criminal record etc etc etc. I don't want to see just 3 teams playing Test cricket and the rest making money the best they can.
On another note I saw Azhar Ali bat at Lords against England or maybe was it Australia
. I thought at the time he was one to watch. Plenty of time on the ball and had some style. Glad he did well, just hope it was kosha.

Nobody even looked like taking a wicket. Mathews had virtually everyone on the boundary from ball 1, making it easy for Pak to knock singles. Herath bowled over the wicket and they just reversed swept him or stood miles outside leg and hit inside out. Not sure what Mathews was doing the over before drinks! Decided to start slogging from nowhere! Then Jayawdene got out just before lunch. That was pivotal because it meant the first session was extended and they didn't lose 2 overs for change of innings. A very strange & fishy game. I'm thinking of giving up betting when Pak are involved. Too many iffy games where they are concerned!

I would like to understand why they were not brought off for light . I watched it and the fielders on the boundary didnt have a clue where the ball was going. Called off for light 15 minutes earlier on day 4
I got out without loss but my judgement was based on the rules and it cost me a good few quid profit
Did Sri Lanka throw the match??????????????? and were the umps in on it

strange captaincy from matthews and the umpires where stubborn for some reason about the light
