Looked outside .... quite cloudy and some darkish clouds around. Definitely not full of sunshine but still reasonable conditions.
I am definitely no expert ... have no idea the rules on completed matches etc ... While I am no weather expert either ... One thing though the clouds are moving from the direction of Swansea not from Taunton (unless i have my bearings wrong ) |

20 overs a side is minimum for a curtailed One Day match..if 20 a side is not managed then it is No Result. You might be confused with T20 where you can manage with min 5 overs a side

its not a 31 over match, its a 50/50 match reduced to 31 overs. if it is reduced any further the minimum it can get to is 20. hope this helps.
