Without Clarke, England should win easily, BUT Australia has decent pace bowling and big hitters, If either Warner or Watto go past 50, England have a problem.
Still England look too big at 1.9. I'd have them sub 1.8 after India's drubbing of Oz. Good job, I never bet on warm up matches. |

Really looking forward to this, turned down an oppo to play today so i could watch it down the pub. Full expect england to get the first early blow of the summer.

England aren't great, but should dump the Aussies today. If either Watto or Warner go past 50, England are in trouble, I don't think so, as Aussies could still be bowled out for under 200. England will score around 270-280 in their overs. Warner could get 60 and Watto 50. Warner has little technique, which leaves Watson to get a lot and batting at No 5 he won't

cri****, we shall see, but my point was if W or W go past 50, 100 aint far off for them.

Thats ok pxb, but I really do think, that you are clutching at straws, its not that England haven't got good bowlers. The big hope for the Aussies, is that England, have little idea of how to construct a 1 day 50 over innings. They got 290 against NZ, but without Butlers 47 in 17 balls, it would have been around 270 and I reckon 300 is only just above par, on a good wicket, these days.

The odds are close, which shows, there is little between the teams.

England, have little idea of how to construct a 1 day 50 over innings. I'd have to agree with that statement. And please forgive me for taking you out of context. But I fully expect Trott to win this for Oz.

I don't like England's side at all - Trott and Root too slow for this format. No Bairstow.
Aussies have much stronger batting line up |

im not betting on anything, just got england in a lucky 15 and a yankee.
gonna be careful betting on this competition, got India, WIndies and SL outright to keep an interest. You get any pre tournament bets on King? |

By:
if i had to bet on runs, which i very nearly did, it would be 300+. was 2/1 tho, not for me at that price. probably closer to evens now.
