rahane's innings has been shocking. Needs to learn when to accelerate. 48/44 at this stage when they've had so many wickets in hand is poor.

they try to judge that from stupid things like the average score. The easy way to judge what par is should be to list all the results and see which were chased and which were not. For this pitch, you'd suspect around 165.

Someone earlier pointed out (quite rightly) that Mumbai's bowling and fielding have been awful. If you don't think it has been, I would suggest you get on Mumbai at the end of this innings kingmax.
They only reason why RR are going to post an above par score is because Mumbai have been so bad... |

Kingmax. Just so you know, par score is not just whatever the team that goes to bat first posts! You need to look at previous matches. In a previous match RR posted 144, which the other team couldn't match. Another match saw them win by chasing 120-something down in 19 overs. I'm afraid 140-150 is par score at this ground at the moment...

So, all Mumbai have to do is come out and start batting at nine an over! If you are on Mumbai, kingmax, then I hope you are right about 179 being sub-par. but I would say they have done around 30 runs more than should be expected here...
