I cant figure out if Morse is such a bad tipster as he seems to be,
or if he is atually some kind of evil genius...

. I got my suspicions
that maybe he posts his ridiculous tips in some strange attempt to drive the
price down, and then he backs the opposite result/s.
To me there seems no other explanation...
