Reality here is that all bowlers have gone for runs bar 1, and all batsmen have seen the ball well. This is a batting wicket through and through and the game comes down to 1 thing, a good bowling performance by WI.
They have shown in the ODI that on a flat wicket Bangers are quite comfortable facing this bowling attack and can easily put on a 300 run 50 over innings with few wickets down. WI bowl back of a length, medium to fast, all innings, and they win this. But if they get it wrong, they will go. WI defo lay for me on this pitch. Quick start without loss easily sees them fly out to 1.40+. Bangers getting into a little trouble now trying to bowl too full. Think WI are too smart for that so should win, but a good start puts them on the back foot, and anything can happen. Definately not backing a team at those odds though on such a good batting pitch. |

By:
Marlon 85 off 43 balls

By:
that's the beauty of West Indies now...............no need for reliance on Chris Gayle, got good all round depth in team
By:
BJT , I agree with hat you are saying , however , I don't see Bangladesh chasing this total ... windies may trade 1.4 at some stage during the chase , but I can't see them ultimately winning this match
By:
not even sh1t ads could ruin this beauty, glad I watched till the end what a fantastic entertainment!
By:
t20 definitely their format. fancy a retainment if anyone wanna start a tread.
(in banga next t20 w cup) |
By:
Im going to stick my head out, Windies will trade higher than 1.50
By:
50/0 after 5 overs and Bangladesh price will come crashing down
By:
Chances of that are not great though, I would think.
By:
i know but its T20, its a volatile market
By:
it will be 1.02 after 5 overs
By:
yep max , i think BJT wrote that before that brutal last over
By:
train to 1.01 land
By:
Bangladesh's strength is in their batting rather than bowling...............but bowlers bowled pretty bad today.
By:
By:
run rate pressure will make them play daft shots imho
